About Me

I’m a Swiss consultant based in the Basel area, living with my partner Rola and our two sons. With a biochemistry degree, a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences (ETH Zurich) and further studies in governance and business strategy, I combine scientific expertise with leadership and deep technical experience.I’ve held senior global and site roles at Novartis, Nestlé, Roche, and Siegfried, leading programs in safety, health, environment, sustainability, and business continuity. I learned that real progress comes from combining expertise with empathy—and by connecting seemingly unrelated dots, I help organizations develop robust and sustainable strategies in today’s increasing complexity.Through my consultancy, I combine science, strategy, and people-focused insights to deliver practical solutions that help your business grow responsibly, protect its people, and strengthen resilience for the future.
